Retired? Hmm, that is what they are saying. To me it sounds like she wanted more money, her contract was up and she is going to move to greener pastures. Only time will tell. Julius left KMOV and how he works for SLU...so you never know.

Personally I'm glad she is going to be off the air. I'm so done with her. I've heard her talk once, that was in high school. She came off like a democratic, femist nazi..at least that is what I recall. I decided I didn't like her then. Don't get me wrong, I've watched the news casts, but that is because I've secretly had a crush on Mike Bush and the weather guy that killed himself. Death by small engine plane if I recall correctly.

Well it's winding down to Christmas. Well actually it goes First Day of Winter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Big party tonight. I'm wearing velvet pants, it's at a country club. That can only mean good food.

Coworker gave me an angel snow globe. It is supposed to play Angels We Have Heard On High..but it's broke and kinda sounds like rap or hip hop. I like it.
The angel has on a dress that looks like a quilt and she has a Cardinal on her hand. No, not David Eckstein..the red bird w/ the yellow beak. I hate to break it to the Chinese that made the snowglobe....there are no birds in heaven. Only dogs and cats.

Then when he died — he and I both happened to be born in the same year, 1915 — and KMOX sent a reporter to the Hill to see how we felt about Sinatra dying. The reporter asked me if I'd sing a Sinatra song on the radio, so I told him I didn't know if I could do it too good, and then I sang … "I'll Be Seeing You."What is one of the most interesting things that has ever happened at the bakery?You never know who's going to come into Missouri Baking. One day the governor of Missouri came in and we took him in the back and put him to work! Years ago, one of the worst things was when my hand got caught in the dough break — that's what the machine is called. My hand was hanging like this, and they took me over to what was then called Jewish Hospital. The doctors saved my hand. They sewed it back on, and I've had full use of it ever since.

Starbucks. Off my "good eating" I splurged and got a Peppermint, Mocha..which was TO DIE FOR. I need to get again..maybe lowfat this time. Hub unit got me a Starbucks Gift certif for the anni...will use for sure!

Driving. After the big drive to Indiana I am so into driving. I could have just kept going and going and going. J made a burned a bunch of CD's off iTunes for the roadtrip. He named them and surprised me with them. My favorite was one called Fun. Which I sang at the top of my lungs as we drove though windy country roads. Violent Femmes Rule!!

Crestwood Mall, Ladies Petite Section
Since I have to keep buying clothes that fit me I have now become one w/ the petite section at Dillards. I love, love, love my new velvety pants that I will be wearing to the country club Christmas Party. Perfect!

Designer Purses
I purchased a Gucci in Italy a million years ago, the strap broke and I never got it fixed. Now I have my first Dooney Bourke. I like it. It's big and sturdy, great colors and I think it's cool.

Tuna Fish
Almost every day I eat tuna first w/ my lowfat rye crackers. It is a great lunch...on the subject.

Soup
(pattern forming). I love Campbells microwave Soup cups. Tomato, Chicken and Stars and Beef Veggie are my favorite.

One of my favorite 2 people right now are so full of it it oozes through the keyboard. After a business email where I say, "Don't Shoot the Messanger!" the reply to me is "We never liked you anyway, so feelings haven’t changed…slut." That is hysterical!
